Have you ever tried cross-country skiing? 

If you have, then you know it’s hard, and if you have not, then you should try it.  That’s exactly what our colleague Konstantins Nikolajevs in our Oslo office did. 

Konstantins had never cross-country skied before in his life, but he challenged himself to learn that in 5 weeks and join the “Holmenkollmarsjen 2024” in Oslo, Norway on the 10^th of February 2024! 

In the “Holmenkollmarsjen” you can either cross-country 36 or 18 km.  Konstantins decided to go for 18 km.  Through hard training, dedication, encouragement from fellow UECC employees, and very much in line with the UECC values; Unity, Energy, Challenging and Commitment, Konstantins completed the “Holmenkollenmarsjen 2024”! 

This is a remarkable achievement for a person who had never cross-country skied before.  All respect to Konstantins for this.
